What is "on-site" repair?

At Shatter Buggy, we come directly to you to perform the repair. Whether at your home, office, school, or Starbucks, a Shatter Buggy technician will arrive in one of our signature Smart Cars and expertly repair your device. You need not wait in a cue or be without your device for days on end. No fuss, just convenient.

How long does it take to fix my device?

Shatter buggy works hard to have one of the fastest turn around times in the industry. When you schedule local service, you can expect that after we arrive the repair will usually take 30 minutes or less. Some devices like the iPad take close to an hour to expertly repair.

What if you cannot fix my phone?

We make this very simple, if we cannot fix it, you do not pay for the repair! It is rare that we are unable to repair a broken device.

Do you sell screen protectors and cases?

Shatter Buggy has a unique perspective to see what works and what does not when it comes to device protection. Ask your technician to show you our line of protective cases and screen protectors.

Do you have a warranty?

We at Shatter Buggy take our work very seriously and stand behind it and our parts. All of our repairs come with a standard six month warranty. Should you have a problem within 180 days of your original repair, that is a result of the repair we performed, we will fix it. This, of course, does not cover subsequent accidental damage. Should I backup my iPhone or iPad before the repair?

A "back up" of your iPhone or iPad should always be performed prior to a repair to ensure you do not lose data. In most cases we do not need to restore your phone for a repair, however, there are times when it is necessary.

How do we pay?

Shatter Buggy wants your repair experience to be as painless and convenient as possible. Shatter Buggy utilizes the Square credit card swiper and accepts ALL major credit cards. Of course cash is always welcome too!

When do I pay?

At Shatter Buggy we do not request payment until the repair is performed. We can certainly accept pre-payment to accomodate your needs. Please call 877-829-1942 for details.

How do I know if you service my area?

After you select the repair you are wishing to schedule you will be asked to provide your zip code. If you are not within one of our service areas you will not be permitted to schedule an "on-site" repair. You can, however, mail your device to Shatter Buggy for repair. When you mail your device to Shatter Buggy we repair it and ship it back the same day we receive it. This significantly reduces your time without your device. Email info@shatterbuggy.com for details regarding "mail-in" repair.

Do you use OEM parts?

At this time OEM parts are not available to vendors other than Apple. That said, Shatter Buggy uses the highest quality replacement parts on the planet and stand behind them with a industry leading six month warranty.

I am not in your service area, can you still help me?

We certainly can. With Shatter Buggy you can utilize our "mail-in" service. When we receive your device, we will repair it and ship it back the same day. This means that you will only be without your device for a very short period.

To utilize Shatter Buggy's "mail-in" service, simply ship your device with your favorite shipper to:
