These guys are professional, quick, and always put the customer first. They repaired my shattered broken iPhone screen promptly, and when I had an issue with replacement screen (defective part), they immediately came out and corrected the issue. Will definitely use them again if I have to.
Fantastic service! My iPad 2 needed a new screen. Went on line and found Shatter Buggy. I did not way to drive to find a repair shop or send to a mail order service and what a couple days. Went online and made an appointment. They showed up exactly on time and I was in Castle Rock. The delivery was even better. I was going to be a the convention center most of the day. They said they would delivery there. When he arrived at the show, he called me and a I met him at the show entrance. He even offered to come to the booth. The pickup and delivery was only $9.99. Total cost was competitive to other repair shops. They even have a six month guarantee. Bottom line I highly recommend Shatter Buggy. Knowing my wife and the electronics she uses, I will probably need them again.

I broke the front glass on my iPhone ages ago and finally decided to get it fixed. I opted to not fix it myself and searched online for a repair person. Shatter Buggy popped up and after I decided their price was in the ballpark, I signed up for an appt online. Not only was the online request straight forward, but also I was given a choice of a same day appt. The repair guy answered a question I submitted online promptly and followed up with a confirmation email about the appt. He showed up on time, sat at the kitchen table and fixed my phone within 30 minutes. I think it looks identical to the original glass and the phone works perfectly.
